The photographs by W.L. Lucke-Meyer produced Melbourne by Night have been lost and were most likely destroyed - except for one in the State Library of Victoria. We have scanned the photographs from the book and applied a little restoration to try to recapture the aesthetic of the original photography, something we can only speculate on given the absence of originals.
